Agreement for Letting Non-Domestic Premises (Personal Use)

This is an agreement for the letting of non-domestic premises of some description. 

This agreement is very similar to our storage and garage agreements, but this would be suitable, for example, if someone wanted to use premises for a hobby meeting place. It must only be used for personal use and NOT for business use, and a business agreement is very different.
