Application Form Declaration / Disclaimer

Suppose you wish to use our tenant referencing service. In that case, we require the prospective tenant or prospective guarantor to have signed a declaration allowing us to conduct the appropriate tenant referencing checks. This has been updated for GDPR. If you use our application for accommodation, the declaration is already built-in. However, if you prefer to use your application form, this page can be added to the back, allowing you to use our tenancy assessment check. Also included is a guarantor declaration with your guarantor application form.
