Guarantor Agreement

A landlord is always advised to obtain a guarantor (also known as surety) for every let they do. Ideally, the guarantor will be a homeowner.

This guarantee form is built into tenancy agreements produced by Tenancy Builder. To do so, select the guarantor option from the dropdown, enter the guarantor’s name and address, and allocate tenants to the guarantor (useful if there is more than one guarantor and multiple tenants).

Otherwise, if you don’t use Tenancy Builder, and want a separate guarantee agreement, click below to download in PDF format.
