Notice to Quit From Tenant Not Accepted - Wrong Date

When a tenant gives a notice to quit, the notice should always expire either the day before the rent is due or on the day the rent is due.

This template is suitable where a tenant has given notice and it expires on the wrong date and the landlord does not wish to accept the notice.

The letter also contains provision that the landlord will attempt to re-let the property from the date the tenant wishes to move out which you can delete if you don't want to agree to this.

The template letter is in RTF format (Rich Text Format) and will work on all word processors. It can be altered as you require.
