What is Form N1?
The Claim Form (N1) is used to begin a claim in the County Court, often called the small claims court, for lower-value disputes. For landlords, it's typically used to claim unpaid rent, damages, or other monetary disputes with tenants.
Form N1 can be completed on paper or online, marking the official start of proceedings in the civil court system.
