Adding Sub Users to Your Account

For accreditation or agent subscriptions to the Guild of Residential Landlords, you can add a staff member or family member to have a sub-account. 

For accreditation, they can complete the training and obtain a certificate.

For agents, these sub-users will have access to the Guild website and can choose their email notifications to receive.

Important: for sub-users accessing the Guild website, although each sub-user can access Tenancy Builder, they have a unique login, and any tenancies or other thing created in the Builder will NOT be shown on the primary account. Only things they create from that login will be shown when logged in.

To add a “sub-user”, follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to the account page at https://www.landlordsguild.com/amember/member
  2. Click on “sub-users” from the tabs at the top (or use this direct link)
  3. Click on “new record” and enter the details as prompted.
  4. The sub-user will log in using the credentials you entered above.
