One of our members has written and published a book! I understand (but have not had a chance to read it yet) that the Guild even makes an appearance! The book is aimed at:

anyone interested in seeing what life is like for landlords and specifically at anyone considering renting out houses.  It is also targeted at current landlords who might like to indulge in some schadenfreude; seeing the array of problems we have dealt with over the last decade, you may feel your own problems aren’t so bad (some of you may have had worse of course).

Investing in a Property

Investing in a private rented property can be achieved in a variety of ways. Sometimes landlords inherit a property that they then turn over to renting.
