• Click "Analyse Images" to let the AI process the images and generate a detailed list of items and their conditions.
• Save the template for future use.

• Expand the desired template from the templates list.
• Click "Add Inventory" and select a tenancy or enter custom details.
• Once completed, download the PDF using the actions button.
• Optionally, send the PDF for digital signing.

Pricing

The AI Inventory System uses a credit-based system. Each photo analysis requires 20 credits, and subscribers receive 1,200 credits annually. An inventory with 50 photos would cost £10+VAT with discounts available for bulk credits purchase. Additional credits can be purchased for 20p + VAT per credit. Digital signing is available for 100 credits per document, similar to the Tenancy Builder.
