Consent for Pets with Conditions Letter
Overview
This Pet Consent Agreement supplements your tenancy agreement created using Tenancy Builder. It gives tenants written permission to keep a pet at the property under agreed conditions. By integrating this document into your tenancy agreement, all parties will automatically accept the terms when digitally signing the tenancy.
This agreement ensures clear pet ownership responsibilities, helping prevent disputes and maintain property standards.
Note: This pet consent agreement is designed to be used with Tenancy Builder, but it could be modified by adding signature boxes separately and manually signing the agreement.
The document is in Word format for easy editing.
