Garage Letting Agreement

This garage agreement is part of the Tenancy Builder.

The garage agreement may be used to let a garage separately but should only be used for non-business lettings, i.e. people storing furniture whilst moving home, personal belongings, etc.

This agreement is unsuitable if the tenant is to operate a business from the garage (like an auto mechanic, for example). It is similar to our storage unit letting agreement.
