It is a legal requirement to carry out a gas safety inspection and produce a record annually. 

This word template is suitable if notifications have been made to a tenant about entering for a gas safety inspection and issuing a certificate/record. Still, the contractor has been unable to gain access. 

This is the first such letter that should be tried. A second letter can be used if this doesn't work.
