This agreement ensures clear terms for parking without requiring additional periodic payments.

Note: This parking consent agreement is designed to be used with Tenancy Builder, but it could be modified by adding signature boxes separately and manually signing the agreement.

The document is in Word format for easy editing.

Instructions for Use

1. Download the file and edit the placeholders:

• [Number of vehicles] – Adjust based on how many vehicles are permitted.
• [Location of the parking area] – Specify the exact location where parking is allowed.
• Modify any other details to suit your requirements.

2. Export the document as a PDF after making the necessary changes.

3. Upload the PDF to Tenancy Builder

• Visit Tenancy Builder.
• Navigate to the document upload page.
• Scroll to the bottom and select "Add a new document".
• Title the document "Parking Consent Agreement" and upload the PDF.

4. Continue completing the Tenancy Agreement and select Save and Build.

Final Step: Automatic Integration

Once uploaded, the Parking Consent Agreement will be included in the tenancy. All parties will automatically accept the parking terms when the tenancy agreement is digitally signed.
