Covering Letter for Rent Increase

A covering which can be used when sending a section 13 notice (England) or section 123 notice (RHW12) (Wales) to increase the rent.
The template includes how many years since the last increase (useful as a reminder if it's been many years since the previous increase) and asks for any payment method to be updated for the new rent.
The download is in Word format and can be edited as you please. You can remove any paragraphs that are not necessary.
