Court Order Section 21 Eviction

We recently received an accelerated possession order on one of our tenants.  

Do we classify any rent payments received from now on as mesne profits?

How long do we have to execute a warrant if she doesn't leave?

Also, she is not making payment of the costs. Can we use any money she pays as costs?

After the Court Order — and Eviction

The court will generally award the costs of the application for possession against the tenant, but they may allow them time to pay if they are on a limited income. A landlord may feel that it is not worth seeking to claim the costs once the property has been recovered if it will be challenging to administer the instalments.
