Guarantor Re-Referencing upon Tenancy Renewal: Is it Necessary?
Please let me know if it is required to re-reference the guarantor upon the tenancy renewal. In our case, it was initially let be the agents, and this is the first year we renew ourselves. Therefore, the letting agents have done all the checks and references before move-in. If not necessary to re-reference, can we request the initial reports from the letting agency?
