Landlord and Another Named in Tenancy Builder
On your tenancy builder England AST, on page 1, it asks, “Landlord Names(s) can I Insert the owner's name (me) but also the name of the managing agent as well?
The purpose is not only for the service of notices but for possession notices ie sec 21 etc. So that either party can serve such notices either jointly or severally. Thanks

Landlords should be aware of the benefits of written tenancy agreements and the procedures necessary for obtaining such an agreement.
