Legal Requirements for Possession Claims Hearing Dates
Hello.
In your section 8 guidance, you mention, "The hearing date should not be later than eight weeks from when the claim was issued to the tenants by the court, and the hearing will not be sooner than four weeks from the issue date." Could you please provide details/links of where this requirement/ruling is written?
