Rental Property Water Tank Regulations

Hi

Is it lawful for drinking water to be supplied from a tank in rental properties?

I know it's OK for owner-occupied property provided the tank meets installation and maintenance standards, but landlords are subject to additional requirements under BSEN 806-5 and BS 8558, but I can't establish if these disallow drinking water from water tanks.
