Retrospective Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
I have been asked to prepare a written AST tenancy agreement regards a tenancy which began a couple of years ago.
Can I provide a standard agreement reflecting what was agreed orally at the time but still referencing a 6-month fixed term, which has long since passed, with the agreement to be signed (and dated) by both parties very shortly?
