Right Time to Serve Form 4 for Rent Increase
Suppose I served a Form 4 rent increase in Oct 2022 for rent to increase in April 2023. Can I do a further form in Oct 2023 to increase rent in Nov 2023? Or can the rent only be increased from April 2024?
