Section 8 Notice for Joint Tenancy: What to Know
My current tenants are three students since November 2023. Two pay fine, but the 3rd one stopped paying for no reason, which is causing a significant financial strain.
Could I evict him only using a Section 8 notice, as he is over two months in arrears?
Below is the tenancy condition:

Joint and several liability means that any one of the members of a party can be held responsible for the full obligations under the agreement if the other members do not fulfil their obligations.
