Should Tenancy Agreements Reflect Early Move-Ins?
If tenants request to move in a day earlier than the agreed tenancy start date and you charge them a pro-rata daily rate for the extra day, is it sufficient to confirm this arrangement in writing? Or should the tenancy agreement be updated to reflect the earlier start date?
