First new (replacement) tenancy built!
We did a simple one first - a couple of questions before we proceeded:
If two (joint) tenants are to sign, must they have different email addresses?
How do we create an additional 'landlord identity'? - Profile? We have tenancies in our limited company, as individuals, and as agents for others (a small number of these). Can the system store all these different 'identities'?

Landlords should be aware of the benefits of written tenancy agreements and the procedures necessary for obtaining such an agreement. Although a landlord can create many short-term tenancies (three years or less) without a written agreement, it is generally not advisable for landlords to allow occupation without first having secured a signed formal tenancy agreement.
