I need to get a tenant evicted ASAP as he is causing a nuisance, damaging the property, threatening other tenants, and doing drugs; police are being called. His tenancy is now rolling as he's out of fixed term. He is in arrears but less than two months. What process do I need to follow to get him out quickly?
