Tenancy Start vs. Agreement Date: What to Know

I have sent a tenancy agreement for digital signing. The contract is one year starting 10 February. The digital signing went to the landlord party on 25 January (before the start date of the tenancy). What date do I insert on the contract under the date of agreement as requested in the digital signing? Do I put the start date of the tenancy (10 February) or the date it is being signed (25 January)?

Tenancy Agreements

Landlords should be aware of the benefits of written tenancy agreements and the procedures necessary for obtaining such an agreement. Although a landlord can create many short-term tenancies (three years or less) without a written agreement, it is generally not advisable for landlords to allow occupation without first having secured a signed formal tenancy agreement.
