Withdrawing and Reissuing a Section 13 Notice
Can I withdraw a section 13 notice and reissue a new one at a higher rent before the notice has started?
We have sent a rent increase to a tenant as requested by the landlord; it isn’t due to start until January 2024. However, the landlord's mortgage rate has increased, and she has now asked that we retract the original to change it to a higher amount. Is this something we can do?
