Cancel Subscription

If you are on an online auto-recurring plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next automatic payment is processed. If you pay by standing order, you must manually stop the payment through your bank.

How to Cancel

1. Visit the membership information page and log in if prompted.
2. Locate your active subscriptions. Next to any auto-recurring plan, you'll see a Cancel link.
3. Click Cancel to stop future payments. Your access will continue until your current subscription expires.

Alternatively, you can cancel via the payment history page within the membership area.

Refunds

While refunds are not guaranteed after cancellation, we're happy to consider requests based on individual circumstances. For instance, if you've been a long-time subscriber, are no longer a landlord, and forgot to cancel, we will typically refund a recent payment if you contact us soon after it was taken.
