Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime as long as it’s before the next auto-recurring payment goes out and you’re on one of the online “auto-recurring” subscriptions. You will need to stop that with your bank for a standing order manually.

1 – Go to the membership information page and log in if prompted.

2 – You will see your active subscriptions and a “cancel” link next to any auto-recurring subscription.

3 – The system will stop taking any future payments upon clicking the cancel button.

You can also cancel from the payment history page within the membership area.
