Under utilities, you will see various options with dropdown boxes.

The options should be self-explanatory.

You can select the following utilities:

• Council tax
• Electricity
• Gas/oil
• Water
• TV Licence
• Telephone and internet

The drop-down options provide a summary but the actual text in the agreement will be more technical depending on the choice selected.
