During the digital signing, when a party has signed a document and on submitting the digital signing, they receive an error message:
"Uh oh, something went wrong... Message: Session expired."
Cause:
This issue might occur due to the browser or device setup. Browser extensions like VPNs, ad blockers, or popup blockers can interfere with the contract submission.
Steps to Resolve:
To resolve this issue, please ask the guarantor to try the following steps:
Disable VPN
Ensure the party is not using a VPN, which can interrupt the session.
Turn off Ad Blockers/Browser Extensions
Turn off any ad blockers, popup blockers, or other browser extensions that may affect the form submission.
Use a Different Browser or Device
Ask the party to try a different browser, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. Switching to a different device (like a mobile phone, tablet, or another computer) may resolve the problem if the issue persists.
