The settings page
It's essential to ensure all your settings are correct before using Tenancy Manager features that create invoices or send reminders.
Settings can be found in the sidebar of the Tenancy Builder part of the website under Tenancy Manager -> Settings.
Click Edit and enter the appropriate details:
Email Footer
Your footer is included when sending emails from the system. It should replicate how you sign off emails, for example:
Kind regards
[Your name or company]
Company Name
This will be displayed on PDF invoices and statements. It can be a company name or your name.
Company/Brand Logo
An image uploaded here will be inserted on PDF invoices or statements in Tenancy Manager.
Invoice/Statement Address
The contents of this field will be displayed on the PDF invoices and statements that have been produced.
Default Email for replies
This email will be the Reply-To email when our system sends any emails to tenants, such as reminders.
Payment Details
Payment details are displayed in some emails and invoices to a tenant where payment is required. It should be your bank details where to expect payment, for example:
Account name: [your account name]
Sort Code: [000000]
Account number: [12345678]
BCC Email
The BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) email can be your email or a different one. When a system email is sent, such as a reminder, a BCC will be sent to this email so you can retain an exact copy of the email that was sent.
