What are Applicants?

The applicant's section provides prospective tenants interested in your property with an online application form to complete. This is better than a paper form in modern times.

When adding a new applicant, a unique URL and access code are generated, which you provide to your prospective tenant.

During completion, the applicant must agree to a privacy policy allowing the data to be used for referencing. If a guarantor is selected, the applicant will also be asked to complete guarantor details 'as agent' for the guarantor. The privacy policy confirms that the applicant has express consent from the guarantor to fill in the details and is aware that referencing will be conducted from the data.

Once the applicant completes the form, the data is viewable from the applicant's view, and the information can be used to reference and add new tenants in Tenancy Builder.
