How It Works

Creating a Template: Start by adding rooms and uploading photos to our user-friendly platform. Each room can be analysed separately with just a click, using 20 credits per photo analysis. This seamless integration allows users to effortlessly create a comprehensive inventory template that reflects the current state of the property.

Generating Inventory Reports: Once the template is set up, generating a detailed inventory report is just as easy. With another click, the system produces a downloadable PDF that can be sent directly for digital signing, ensuring a streamlined workflow from start to finish.

Cost-Effective and Efficient

Our system is not only efficient but also cost-effective. Subscribers receive 1,200 credits for free annually, with additional credits available for purchase at £1.00+ VAT per 100 (discounts available for larger purchases). This model provides flexibility and control over inventory management costs, aligning with the needs of landlords and letting agents who manage multiple properties.

Each image to analyse uses 20 credits (about 20p + VAT). A typical inventory using around 150 photos can cost between £100 and £200 by a professional clerk. For the same number of photos, our system would cost at the most £30 + VAT! It should be noted that for most regular lettings, you would likely use 50 - 80 photos costing £10 - £16. Remember, you receive the equivalent of £12 credits annually for free on subscribing and at each renewal.
